Step 1. Open your Google Chrome app and on the top right corner, click on the three vertical dots.

Step 2. Next, click bookmarks.

Step 4. On the new page, click on the three vertical dots at the right end of the page.

Step 5. Select Export Bookmarks.

Step 6. A new window will pop up at the top left corner of your screen with an option to save your file. Give it a file name of your choice and save it as an HTML Document. When you are done hit the Save button at the bottom of the window.

Step 1. Open Mozilla firefox.

Step 2. At the top right corner, click on the Library icon then select Bookmarks.

Step 4. A window will pop up, on the tabs click on Import and Backup. Then, select Import Bookmarks from HTML. This will import all Bookmarks you saved from your Google Chrome as an HTML.

Follow these simple steps to try this method.

Step 1. Open Firefox, click on the Library icon.

Step 2. Click on the Bookmarks option. Then, select Show All Bookmarks.

Step 3.  On the resulting window, click Import and Backup tab. Now the new page. this time we are not importing Bookmarks from HTML. So select Import Data from another Browser. 

This option will take you to another window with options. From here you can choose where you want to import your data from. In this case select Chrome which is option three.

Step 4. From there, click next to mark the item you want to import then click next. Then the items you selected will start importing and then. when the import is complete, click Finish to close the window.  All your data will be now exported from Chrome to Firefox.
